HVAC Maintenance Agreement Rates & Terms
The cost for two tune–ups per year (spring & fall) is $148.00
Additional systems are $99.00
- No repairs or improvements will be undertaken without customer authority.
- Pricing is based on Payment in advance. Charges for any repairs required at the time of the 1st Maintenance are not included in the agreement retroactively, Â but are eligible for the 15% discount.
