Ultimate Air Maintenance Agreement
Benefits include fewer repairs, extended equipment life, lower utility bills, improved capacity, and as a maintenance contract holder you will be considered a priority customer and will enjoy a fifteen percent discount on repairs which is only available to our most valued clients!
Ultimate Air Agrees To:
- Provide a precision tune up and professional cleaning at seasonal intervals spring and fall (2 per year)
- Provide parts and labor at 15% off of normal prices
- Priority scheduling for repairs for contract customers during regular business hours
Precision Tune–Up Procedures Includes:
Complete 30+ Point Precision Tune up and professional cleaning with up to 2lb of freon at no extra charge ( $90.00 savings) A full tune up written report, and a Total check, test and balance of Air Conditioning and Heating system.
Maintenance Agreement Rates
The investment for 2 Tune–Ups per year will be $125.00
Additional systems will be $90.00
Additional filter replacements/cleanings will be provided as indicated below for an investment
of N/A per visit.
Terms
$215.00 covers 2 tune–ups per year on 2 systems
No repairs or improvements will be undertaken without customer authority.
Labor and materials for repairs, if needed, will be discounted 15% from our prevailing rate if paid for at the time of service
NOTE: Pricing is based on Payment in advance. Charges for any repairs required at the time of the 1st Maintenance are not included in the cost of this Maintenance Agreement, but are eligible for the 15% discount
